GBBN is Tops!
For the ninth year in a row, GBBN has been named a Top Workplace by the Cincinnati Enquirer. The recognition is based on the results of an anonymous employee survey that the publication and its partner, Energage, administer each year.
Viewing architecture as about more than buildings, GBBN is guided by the belief that positively affecting people is the most important thing we do.
That principle goes for GBBN’s clients and partners, the communities we work in, and for each other. This is evident in one employee’s response to the survey, reported by the Cincinnati Enquirer. “There is a constant inspiration to learn, to improve, not just the clients but ourselves,” the employee said. “I really love how much we focus on self-improvement, learning, teaching, and innovating techniques. There is a vibe in our office to help and connect.”
“From our expanded parental leave policy to our learning and development program, we are very conscientious in our effort to build an inclusive and nurturing environment,” says GBBN CEO Matthew Schottelkotte. “We want to help our employees find the support they need to explore their interests, develop their skills, and enrich their lives in and out of the office. So, it’s really satisfying to see that our company culture is valued.”
