For Meredith, good design grows from a spirit of collaboration and trust. She builds strong relationships with clients and teams through careful listening, building on ideas, and creative problem solving so that projects respond to needs that are much larger than their original concepts. After work, Meredith trades her computer mouse for a garden trowel and can be found nurturing the flowers and vegetables she grows in her yard.
