Associate Principal
A former college baseball player, Dean knows the importance of technical skill and teamwork. Thanks to expert knowledge of healthcare design, codes, and hospital infrastructure, Dean leads teams to deliver complex healthcare environments, from specialized hospital renovations to hospital expansions and freestanding ambulatory care facilities. A leader within GBBN’s Project Delivery Group, he is integrally involved in setting the standard for the firm’s approach to project deliverables. His commitment to Cleveland sports (Browns, Cavaliers, Guardians—he loves them all) is surpassed only by his commitment to his clients, such as TriHealth, with whom he’s worked for over 20 years.
