Greg Coni Receives Young Architect Award from AIA PA
Greg Coni has received the Young Architect Award from the Pennsylvania chapter of the American Institute of Architects, an honor given annually to a Pennsylvania architect who has been licensed less than 10 years. The award recognizes both exceptional professional achievements and future impact.
A passionate sustainability advocate and Certified Passive House Consultant, Greg is a detail-oriented and organized leader within our healthcare market. This recognition highlights the diligence and insight he brings to his contributions on projects like Bon Secours Mercy Health Kings Mills Hospital and Cincinnati Children’s William K. Schubert M.D. Mental Health Center, his ongoing research and speaking around health equity and the active role he plays in the industry and in the community. He is a past chair of AIA Pittsburgh’s Young Architects Forum, a current student mentor with the ACE Mentor program of Western Pennsylvania, and President of the Board of Directors of the Down Syndrome Association of Pittsburgh.

He helps mentor new generations of designers through his involvement with the AIA and helps support and inspire individuals with Down Syndrome throughout Pittsburgh.”
