10 Out of 10: GBBN is a Top Workplace Again

For the tenth year in a row, GBBN has been named a Top Workplace by the Cincinnati Enquirer. The recognition is based on the results of an anonymous employee survey that the publication and its partner, Energage, administer each year.

Viewing architecture as about more than buildings, we’re guided by the belief that positively affecting people is the most important thing we do. This principle goes for our clients and partners, the communities we work in, and for each other. “The culture is both hardworking and fun,” was one employee comment that captured the overall tone of the feedback we got.” Another employee commented, “there are good work-life balance, opportunities for growth and learning.”

As architects and designers, our work has a strong impact on communities for generations. We are making the most of that privilege while also helping our employees be the best they can be at work and beyond.

“From our expanded parental leave policy to our learning and development program, we are very conscientious in our effort to build an inclusive and nurturing environment,” says . “We want to help our people find the support they need to explore their interests, develop their skills, and enrich their lives in and out of the office. So, it’s really satisfying to see that our company culture is valued.”
