Meet Our New Principals

In recognition of their leadership and contributions that have led to significant success for the firm, GBBN has named three new Principals:

Michael Grage’s healthcare expertise has helped establish and grow GBBN’s presence in Minneapolis. From managing multiple projects in multiple states to securing new opportunities for the firm, Michael uses his diverse experience and empathetic approach to lead teams and deliver projects that exceed client expectations. He has led the creation of a strong, positive, and uniquely Minnesotan culture of our Twin Cities office through his continuous engagement and investment in our employees and through building relationships in the community.

Douglas Richards is an accomplished project architect who leads multiple projects, including the adaptive reuse of Union Central Trust, and manages Quality Assurance mentorship and staff growth across our mixed-use projects. His attention to detail and rigorous scrutiny of our approach helps our clients understand and embrace design elements that make their projects distinct. Doug helps foster employee professional development by elevating technical mastery across the firm while providing opportunities for growth for project team members.

Stephanie Slayback consistently drives the firm’s success by empowering project managers with accurate and actionable information. A willing and eager teacher, she develops tools to enable data-driven decision-making which fosters a culture of continuous improvement. Her focus on enhancing team efficiency ensures that budget outcomes are optimized across the firm. Stephanie’s proactive approach and ability to identify areas for improvement make her an invaluable asset in delivering financial performance.
