Sabreena Woods-Miller Selected for Developing Leaders Award

GBBN Client Development Manager, Sabreena Woods-Miller has been recognized with a prestigious 2024 Developing Leaders Award by NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association. The annual award honors exceptional leaders under the age of 35 for their outstanding professional accomplishments, strong leadership, and significant community involvement.

Sabreena is also a 2024 recipient of NAIOP and Prologis’ national Inclusion in CRE Scholarship for Women and Underrepresented Professional, which recognizes young professionals in the commercial real estate (CRE) industry who have demonstrated leadership and responsibility.

“It’s wonderful to have an organization like NAIOP recognize Sabreena’s work championing equitable, sustainable development in our communities,” says GBBN Chief Marketing Officer, Jennifer Sebranek. “She models the kind of passion, dedication, and collaboration needed to help Pittsburgh, and the region, continue to evolve and thrive.”

Sabreena and the other four awardees received their awards at CRE.Converge event in Las Vegas in early October.
